All of the gowns are kept in clear plastic zipper bags to insure minimal damage.  Many of them have been tried on and while most of them are like brand new, some of them have sustained normal dressing room wear. Normal dressing room wear  may include loose or missing beads, make-up smudges, dirt in the hem, open seams, or holes or snags which are not visible on the manufacturer images.  All dresses are sold as is.  Millers’ does not accept returns, allow exchanges, offer store credit or issue refunds of any kind.  All sales are final.  If you are concerned about the condition of any gown you wish to purchase online, please call our store at 724-837-3450 and an associate will check over the gown and let you know if there is visible wear. However, we will not warrant that the associate will see all defects.  They are not always visible until the dress is on a body.
